Biography

Susie Amy was born in the vibrant city of London in the year 1981, and spent her formative years growing up in the picturesque county of Surrey. Although her academic pursuits were a priority, she always maintained a strong passion for the performing arts, and thus, drama was her chosen field of study throughout her educational journey.

It was in the year 1999 that her talent was first spotted by an agent, who discovered her during a production of "After Juliet" at the renowned National Theatre in London, penned by the accomplished playwright Sharman McDonald. This breakthrough led to a flurry of acting opportunities over the next two years, including roles in the television series "_Sirens_" (2002) (mini),the sitcom "Sam's Game", "The Swap", and "My Family".

In the year 2001, at the tender age of 20, Susie Amy landed her first major role when she was selected to portray the character of 'Chardonnay Lane' in the ITV drama "Footballers' Wives" (2002),which would go on to become one of the most talked-about television shows of its time.

Following the successful filming of the second series of "Footballers' Wives", Susie Amy was chosen for the lead role of 'Valentine D'Artagnan' in the Hallmark Production "La Femme Musketeer" (2004),starring alongside the esteemed actors Michael York, Gérard Depardieu, and Nastassja Kinski. To prepare for this demanding role, she underwent rigorous training in martial arts, fencing, and horse riding, which she reportedly thoroughly enjoyed.
