Suresh began his career in sales with Crompton Greaves, followed by a stint at 20th Century Finance. He then entered the media industry, where he spent over 28 years, starting as a core member of the Response (sales) team at Times of India.
With a passion for acting, Suresh transitioned to the creative side of media, working in over 40 Hindi films, including roles as a hero, comic entertainer, and cameo appearances. His notable works include the Malayalam film 'Bhramaram' alongside Mohanlal, for which he received a nomination for best supporting actor.
Suresh has collaborated with prominent production houses and directors, creating memorable characters such as M T Shekharan in Bheja Fry 2, Guddu in Krazzy 4, Lucky Iyer in Badhaai ho Badhaai, Munna in Chalte Chalte, and many more. He has also appeared in several blockbusters, including Housefull, Partner, Masti, and Ra One, as well as English films like 'Midnight's Children'.
On television, Suresh has had a successful run, starting with UTV's Main Bhi Detective and later becoming a part of the first soap directed by Adi Pocha - Shanti. He has created iconic characters on The Great Indian Comedy show, The Kapil Sharma show, Pandey Pillai, Sajid No. 1, and Ikke Pe Ikka, among others.
Suresh has also worked as an in-house anchor and creative consultant for ETC from 1999 to 2007, contributing to their programming lineup. He has also dabbled in stand-up comedy, creating characters like Dr. Honey Balkar, Angry Ganeshan, and Kamala in Kamala ka hamala on RED FM 93.5.
In addition to his acting career, Suresh has ventured into entrepreneurship, launching a YouTube channel called ONE (One Network Entertainment),which produces short-form comedic content and content for brands.
