Noted for his impressive educational background, he graduated from the prestigious San Francisco Art Institute. Subsequently, he relocated to New York City, where he spent several years honing his skills in the entertainment industry by producing and creating MTV promos, fashion videos, and television commercials.
Throughout his illustrious career, he has directed a multitude of successful television commercials in both the United States and Europe. Currently, he resides in Athens, Greece, where he continues to make a significant impact in the film industry.
In addition to his work as a director, he also serves as the artistic director of the esteemed "International Film Festival of Patmos," which takes place on the picturesque Greek island of Patmos.
His debut film, "The Waiter," garnered widespread critical acclaim, winning numerous awards, including four Iris Awards at the Greek Academy Awards, Best Director at Raindance FF, Best Actor, Best Music at Beijing FF, and Best Debut Director at Thessaloniki Film Festival, among others.
During the pandemic lockdown, he created a short film titled "The Last Journey," which was shot aboard a cargo ship.
In development is a feature film titled "Lava Love," written by Steve Krikris.
Currently in post-production is a feature documentary titled "Super Paradise," which explores the island of Mykonos in the 1970s.
As an actor, he has made notable appearances in the early films of acclaimed director Yiorgos Lanthimos, including "Kinetta" and "Dogtooth," playing small but significant roles.
