Stephen Hopkins is a multifaceted individual, boasting a dual expertise in both production and direction, with a prolific career spanning numerous notable film credits.

He is perhaps best known for his work on the 1998 science fiction adventure film, Lost in Space, a remake of the classic 1960s television series.

Hopkins' impressive resume also includes the 1989 horror film, A Nightmare on Elm Street: The Dream Child, the eighth installment in the iconic Nightmare on Elm Street franchise.

In addition, he directed the 1990 action-horror film, Predator 2, a sequel to the 1987 original Predator, starring Arnold Schwarzenegger.
