Sofia Black-D'Elia's early life unfolded in the northernmost regions of New Jersey, where she was raised alongside her parents and older brother, Kyle, a sibling with whom she shares a close bond. Her mother, a descendant of Russian Jewish heritage, brought a rich cultural legacy to the family, while her father, of Italian ancestry, infused their household with the warmth and charm of his native land. Prior to completing her secondary education at Clifton High School, Sofia had already embarked on a journey in the world of acting, securing her first role in the esteemed television series All My Children, a milestone that would ultimately lead her to discover a profound passion for the craft. As a result, she dedicated herself to the study of acting, enrolling in the renowned two-year Meisner program at The William Esper Studio, where she had the privilege of learning from the esteemed instructor, Mr. Bill Esper. Today, Sofia is a proud graduate of this esteemed institution and happily resides in the vibrant city of New York.
