Skyler's life journey began in Weatherford, Oklahoma, where he spent his early years traveling extensively across 45 states before reaching the age of 7. As the grandson of a Navy Pharmacist, his upbringing was deeply rooted in a sense of adventure and exploration.
Skyler's passions in life revolve around two main interests: tennis and anime. His remarkable talent for tennis earned him numerous trophies and ultimately led to a full scholarship from The University of Texas. However, in the brief moments he wasn't dedicating himself to the sport, he pursued his other love, acting.
In 2012, Skyler made a bold decision, choosing to forgo his scholarship and leave home to chase his dreams of becoming an actor. This was a difficult choice, but one that his family fully supported. With the financial assistance of his grandparents, Skyler headed to New York to find a manager or agent who could help him bring his aspirations to life.
During his time in New York, Skyler attended the International Modeling and Talent Association, where he competed against over 2,000 participants and emerged as the first runner-up in print, earning a 10,000-dollar scholarship to the New York Conservatory for the Dramatic Arts. This achievement led to the signing of his first manager, and he was advised to forgo his scholarship in New York, instead driving to Los Angeles without knowing a single person.
Skyler's first year in LA was spent taking classes under renowned acting coaches such as Brian Riese, Ryan R. Williams, Andrew Magarian, and Aaron Marcus. Today, he has blossomed into one of the most promising and exciting upcoming stars in the industry.
