Simon Brook McLachlan is a multi-talented artist who has honed his skills in various creative fields. A graduate of the prestigious National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA),McLachlan has received comprehensive training in theatre, television, film, music theatre, voice-acting, and singing.
Throughout his primary school years, McLachlan developed a strong foundation in drama and music, learning to sing and play the saxophone. His early exposure to the performing arts laid the groundwork for his future success.
After completing his studies at NIDA, McLachlan joined the Jigsaw Theatre Company and later gained experience as a voice actor in a puppet show. His screen debut came in 2010 with a guest appearance in the war drama The Pacific.
The following year, McLachlan showcased his saxophone skills in an episode of the popular Australian drama Underbelly. His stage work has included performances at the Capitol Theatre Sydney and Peach Theatre Company, demonstrating his versatility as a performer.
McLachlan's musical talents have been featured extensively on Australian television, with appearances in commercials for prominent brands such as 3M, Subway, Big Brother, Aerogard, and Holden.
