Shirley Chen is a talented actress renowned for her captivating performance in the Sundance film "Beast Beast", a project executive produced by the illustrious Alec Baldwin. Prior to her feature film debut, Chen received the prestigious "Best Acting in a Narrative Short" award at the SXSW festival for her outstanding work in the short film "Krista", which served as the inspiration for "Beast Beast". As a dedicated student at Harvard University, Chen is pursuing a rigorous academic course load, double-majoring in History & Literature and Theater, Dance, & Media. During her inaugural year at the esteemed institution, she made history by being one of the first six women to be cast in the Hasty Pudding Theatricals, a 200-year-old comedy musical production by America's oldest theatrical group.
