Sebastián Yatra, a Colombian singer and songwriter born in Medellín in 1994, has achieved immense international success and multiplatinum record sales across Latin America, Spain, and the United States through his diverse music releases in genres such as pop, urban, and ballads.
At a young age, Yatra moved to the United States and began participating in musical theater productions at his school, marking the beginning of his artistic journey.
As he received recognition for his early music and album releases, he expanded his performance talent through various arenas, allowing him to venture into the music reality show "Conecta y Canta" on Disney Plus in 2020 and Premios Juventud on Univisión in 2019.
Yatra also gained recognition for his roles in multiple well-known animated films, including "Pie Pequeno" by Warner Bros in 2018 and "Klaus" on Netflix in 2019.
Following his special participation in the series "La Reina Del Flow" on Teleset and Sony Pictures Television in 2018, Yatra is now working on his most ambitious acting role to date, playing the protagonist in a musical series titled "Érase una vez...pero ya no" under the direction of renowned Mexican director Manolo Caro, which is set to premiere on Netflix.
