Sean Patrick Folster, a multifaceted artist, was born in Royal Oak, Michigan, and has been expressing his unique perspective on the human experience through a variety of mediums, including acting, writing, and music, since a very young age.
From the age of four, Folster began his stage life through school plays and recitals, where he would often take on the role of director, coaxing reluctant children to remember their lines and stay on cue by gently tugging on their hair.
As a soloist in vocal recitals, Folster's talent was evident, and at the age of 13, he attended his first summer program at the prestigious Willoway Repertory Theater in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, a theater that has nurtured the careers of renowned actors such as George C. Scott and Lily Tomlin. It was during this program that he appeared in a wildly successful production of "West Side Story", and from that moment on, he was hooked on the thrill of bringing stories to life on stage.
Folster's passion for acting led him to spend years studying music, but he eventually discovered that his true calling was acting. He then devoted himself to honing his craft, pouring over books on the art of acting and working with some of the industry's most respected directors and teaching artists.
Throughout his career, Folster has had the privilege of working with some of the biggest stars in the business, and he is proud to be a part of the long and storied tradition of storytelling that spans over 2,600 years.
When he is not pursuing his acting or writing endeavors, Folster lives a relatively quiet life in the Bronx, away from the spotlight.
