Scott has led a multifaceted career, marked by remarkable achievements in both the entertainment and education sectors.
As a professional actor, he has made a notable impact, starring in four major motion pictures, one Disney Movie of the Week, two Broadway plays, over twenty national commercials, and numerous other projects.
In addition to his acting endeavors, Scott has also demonstrated his musical talents as a composer. His compositions have been performed and recorded by esteemed organizations, including the NACOG, National Convention of Gospel Choirs and Choruses, Hampton University Ministers Conference, the North Jersey District Missionary Baptist Association, and the Paterson City Sings Choir. Moreover, his work has been published by GIA Publications, Inc.
With nearly two decades of experience in education, Scott has held various positions, including a 12-year tenure as an English instructor at the historic Arts High School of Newark, New Jersey. Currently, he serves as Supervisor of Humanities for the Passaic County Technical Vocational Schools of Wayne, New Jersey.
Scott's academic pursuits have been equally impressive. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from William Paterson University of New Jersey, awarded in 2007. He then went on to earn a Master of Arts in Education degree in Educational Leadership with a concentration in Secondary Education from St. Peter's University in 2018. Most recently, he obtained a Doctor of Education degree with a concentration in Higher Education Administration from St. Peter's University in 2022.
