Scott Aharoni is the Co-Founder of Curious Gremlin, an American independent entertainment company that specializes in film and television development, production, and financing. Born and raised in New York, he currently resides in the city that never sleeps.
As a producer and director, Scott has showcased his films at numerous prestigious festivals worldwide, including the renowned Cannes, Sundance, and Tribeca film festivals. His films have even landed a spot on the 94th Annual Academy Awards shortlist for Best Live Action Short.
One of his notable productions is Psycho Therapy: The Shallow Tale of a Writer who Decided to Write about a Serial Killer, which stars the talented Steve Buscemi, John Magaro, and Britt Lower. This film won an Audience Choice Award at the 2024 Tribeca Film Festival.
Currently, Scott serves as an Executive Producer for several upcoming projects. He is involved in Kristen Stewart's directorial debut, The Chronology of Water, which stars Imogen Poots and will world premiere at the Cannes Film Festival. Additionally, he is an Executive Producer for Lofty Nathan's The Carpenter's Son, starring Nicolas Cage and Noah Jupe; Dylan Meyer's directorial debut, The Wrong Girls, featuring Kristen Stewart, Seth Rogen, LaKeith Stanfield, Kumail Nanjiani, and Alia Shawkat; and Oscar Boyson's directorial debut, Our Hero, Balthazar, starring Jaeden Martell, Asa Butterfield, and Noah Centineo, which will world premiere at the 2025 Tribeca Film Festival.
