Sarah-Joy Goode, a multifaceted artist and performer, resides in Calgary, Alberta. In 2003, she earned a Bachelor of Arts Honors degree in English Literature from the University of Calgary. Following her academic pursuits, Goode redirected her focus towards portraiture and life-drawing, allowing her creative expression to flourish.
Throughout her career, her works have been showcased in various exhibitions, including the 2013 Every Woman Festival in Calgary. Moreover, she has successfully illustrated a best-selling children's book, "The River Throws a Tantrum," in 2013, solidifying her talent in the literary realm.
In addition to her artistic endeavors, Goode has been actively involved in the film industry since 2011, working with G. Hunter films on sets of local independent gore/horror/zombie films. Her notable projects include "Su-Z" (2011) and "Dark Cherry Twist" (2014),both of which showcased her versatility as a performer.
Most recently, Goode had the opportunity to collaborate on "Herschell Gordon Lewis' BloodMania" (2015),a project she regards as a dream come true. This accomplishment is a testament to her dedication and passion for her craft, as she continues to push boundaries and explore new creative avenues.
