Sanjana, a talented and accomplished Delhi-based actress, made her acting debut in the blockbuster Bollywood movie Rockstar in 2011, alongside Ranbir Kapoor and Nargis Fakhri. Prior to her film career, she was a student at the prestigious Modern School in Delhi, where she actively participated in various school curricular activities and won numerous awards.
At the tender age of 14, Sanjana began her acting career in Bollywood with Imtiaz Ali's film Rockstar, playing the role of Mandy, Nargis Fakhri's sister, alongside protagonist Ranbir Kapoor. She then went on to complete her degree in Journalism & Mass Communication with distinction from Lady Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi.
Sanjana comes from a family of entrepreneurs and homemakers, with her father Sandeep Sanghi being a renowned entrepreneur and her mother Shagun Sanghi being a home-maker. After completing her education, she began to receive modeling offers for print shoots and advertisements, working with major brands such as Coca-Cola, Cadbury, Myntra, Aircel, Dabur, and Tanishq, among others.
In 2017, Sanjana appeared in two notable films: Hindi Medium, playing the role of young Mita, whose adult version was played by Saba Qamar, and Fukrey Returns, where she portrayed the character Katty.
