Samantha, a native of Eugene, Oregon, made the bold decision to relocate to Los Angeles in 2011, driven by her passion for dance choreography in film, after obtaining a Bachelor's of Science in Dance from the University of Oregon. With a childhood steeped in the performing arts, Samantha's earliest memories are of singing and acting in various children's productions. As she entered her teenage years, she began to focus on music, voice, theatre, and dance, with Pacific University's theatre degree program firmly on her radar. However, life had other plans, and Samantha's academic path took a dramatic turn when she opted for a pre-med degree, fueled by her fascination with science and medicine. Nevertheless, midway through her studies, she discovered a renewed sense of purpose and shifted her focus to a degree in dance at the University of Oregon.
Fast-forward to the present, and Samantha has established herself as a Los Angeles local, boasting an impressive portfolio that includes choreographing music videos, performing in films and television, and live performances. Moreover, she has revisited her first loves, acting, and singing, with a renewed sense of enthusiasm. As a member of Recycled Babies Sketch Comedy, a dark and whimsical sketch comedy troupe, Samantha brings her unique brand of humor to the stage and online platforms. Additionally, she is a key member and lyricist for IceFire, an EDM music group that performs live with DJ Sergei Navtikov. Samantha's love for life and her infectious enthusiasm for living and working in LA make her a true gem in the city's vibrant arts scene.
