Biography

Born and raised in the charming town of Flomaton, Alabama, Roy's early life was marked by a remarkable athletic prowess, which ultimately caught the attention of Auburn University's esteemed football recruiters. It was during his college days that Roy's uncanny physical resemblance to the renowned actor Burt Reynolds began to garner widespread notice.

As fate would have it, Roy's striking similarity to Reynolds led to a series of impromptu appearances on popular TV talk shows, where the audience was left thoroughly convinced that he was, in fact, the iconic actor himself. This unexpected turn of events soon propelled Roy into a part-time acting career, marked by a string of bit parts in various films.

While Roy's acting credits may not have been extensive, he did manage to land a starring role in the 1983 film "Don't Change My World," a milestone achievement in his burgeoning career.
