Ron Fassler, a multifaceted individual, began his acting career in New York City, making a name for himself in radio and TV commercials, as well as on and off-Broadway.
As his career progressed, he shifted his focus to Los Angeles, where he continued to work in film and television, until ultimately returning to New York full-time in 2016 to explore new creative avenues as an actor, writer, and director.
Throughout his writing endeavors, Fassler has garnered recognition, including an Emmy Award for his work on the esteemed show "Murphy Brown." Additionally, he co-wrote the Lifetime film "The Wedding Wish" alongside Nancey Silvers.
Fassler has recently appeared in notable films such as "Trumbo" (2015),starring Bryan Cranston and directed by Jay Roach, and "The Rebel in the Rye" (2017),written and directed by Danny Strong.
Furthermore, he is the author of the memoir "Up in the Cheap Seats: A Historical Memoir of Broadway," which chronicles his teenage years spent frequenting Broadway shows, attending over 200 productions during a four-year period, all made possible through the proceeds of his Long Island paper route.
