At the tender age of 16, she embarked on a journey to hone her craft by enrolling in the Conservatory of Dramatic Arts of Orléans, where she trained under the guidance of renowned director Jean-Claude Cotillard for a period of three years. This marked the beginning of her rigorous training in the art of acting.
After completing her training, Romane auditioned for the prestigious ENSATT, National drama school in arts theatre, one of France's most renowned acting schools. Romane's talent and dedication paid off as she was one of the successful candidates, earning her a three-year scholarship paid by the French State.
Upon graduating, Romane moved to Paris, where she took on numerous lead roles in both classical and contemporary plays. She performed in productions such as 'L'ingénu' (The Huron) by Voltaire, directed by Arnaud Denis, and 'Les Montagnes Russes' co-starring Bernard Tapie. This critically acclaimed play was first performed several years prior, starring Alain Delon and Astrid Veillon. Romane's performance was broadcast nationally on French television on Paris Premiere.
