Robert, the second of four brothers, was born into a family with parents Raymond and Angie Tiffe. His educational journey began at Bedford High School, where he laid the foundation for his future pursuits. Subsequently, he enrolled in the prestigious Cooper Art School in Cleveland, Ohio, to hone his skills in Fine Arts.
As he transitioned to Los Angeles, Robert continued his education at Film Industry Workshops Inc. in Studio City, focusing on directing and acting. This period also saw him gain valuable experience as a cameraman and gaffer, laying the groundwork for his future endeavors.
In April 1991, Robert made his directorial debut with the feature film Dead End, which he also produced and edited. Two years later, he directed, produced, wrote, and acted in his second feature, Sword of Honor, showcasing his versatility as a filmmaker. Notably, one of his scripts was adapted into the feature film Deadly Bet in 1992, further solidifying his reputation as a talented writer.
Robert's comprehensive understanding of fine art, directing, acting, writing, cinematography, producing, and editing enables him to approach filmmaking with a unique, well-rounded sensibility. His expertise in these areas has allowed him to co-write the feature film Face of Terror in 2004.
In recent years, Robert has been busy working on Hatchetman, a feature film he directed and co-wrote, based on an original script of his. This project marks another significant milestone in his illustrious career as a filmmaker.
