Rituparna Sengupta's fascination with the arts was evident from her formative years, as she enthusiastically explored various creative outlets, including painting, dancing, singing, and handicrafts, under the guidance of the renowned Chitrangshu painting school.
Her academic journey commenced at Mount Carmel school, where she laid the foundation for her future endeavors. Subsequently, she pursued a degree in History from Lady Brabourne College, further honing her skills and knowledge.
Rituparna's thirst for knowledge led her to enroll in the University of Calcutta, where she was poised to complete her Master's degree in Modern History. However, her burgeoning career as an actress necessitated her to temporarily put her academic pursuits on hold, allowing her to focus on her growing talent and dedication to the world of cinema.
