Rick's early life was shaped by his birth in Landstuhl, Germany, where his parents, serving in the United States Army, introduced him to a diverse and dynamic environment. As a child, he spent a significant portion of his youth growing up on military bases across eight different states and three countries, fostering a sense of adaptability and resilience.
As he matured, Rick developed a keen interest in the arts, initially sparked by his involvement in his friends' college film projects, where he accepted small but significant independent roles. This nascent passion for the creative arts would eventually guide his professional trajectory.
In 2008, Rick made the bold decision to relocate to New York City, where he pursued a career in the medical field by becoming a certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). During his time in NYC, he responded to emergency calls, honing his skills and gaining valuable experience in high-pressure situations.
However, Rick's true calling remained in the world of film, and he began working as a background actor and production assistant to gain a deeper understanding of the industry. Through tireless dedication, a strong work ethic, and a healthy dose of good fortune, he eventually became eligible to join the prestigious Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA).
As his career began to take off, Rick found himself being cast in various stunt roles, a testament to his hard work and perseverance. Today, Rick resides on Long Island, where he continues to maintain his EMT certification while working for a leading healthcare system.
