As he transitioned into the realm of film, Turke created numerous original short subjects that continued to demonstrate his impressive depth of storytelling and comedic flair. His work has been showcased in several esteemed film festivals, including the AFI, Sitges, and Slamdance. Notably, Turke wrote and directed his first feature-length film, "Visible Scars," which garnered the prestigious Best Picture Award at the Shockfest Film Festival in 2012.
