But Richard's creative endeavors didn't stop there. He also dabbled in filmmaking, using his trusty hi-8 camcorder to capture the world around him and bring his imaginative ideas to life. This early experimentation would eventually lead him to pursue a career in directing music videos and commercials.
As his skills continued to evolve, Richard began working for BBC Sport, where he was tasked with creating Idents, a crucial aspect of the network's branding. This experience would not only help him develop his skills as a filmmaker but also expose him to the world of sports, a passion that would remain with him throughout his life.
In addition to his work in the film industry, Richard is also an avid fan of graphic novels. He has even taken the time to write and publish three of his own graphic novels in the past five years, a testament to his creativity and dedication to his craft.
