Rhys Graham, born in Penang, Malaysia, is a multifaceted creative force, exceling in various mediums, including film direction and writing.
He has helmed the writing and direction of feature films such as 'Galore' and 'The Turning', which both made their international premieres at the prestigious Berlin Film Festival.
Graham's documentary feature films, 'urundak - Songs of Freedom' and 'Words from the City', have garnered numerous accolades, including the Grand Prix at Seminci.
His short film, 'Love This Time', received a Special Mention in the Panorama Section at the Berlin Film Festival, further solidifying his reputation as a talented filmmaker.
In television, Graham has served as a writer and co-director for the Netflix series 'The Unlisted', which won the 2020 Youth Jury Prize at Prix de Jeunesse, and as a writer for the Emmy and BAFTA-winning series 'The Nowhere Boys'.
