Reed Hadley, a man of striking physical appearance, stood out with his tall, dark, and handsome presence on the big and small screens. Spanning a remarkable 35-year career, he effortlessly transitioned between playing the role of a dastardly villain and a law enforcement officer. His deep, resonant bass voice was equally impressive, often used as a narrator in films and documentaries. While he may be most fondly remembered for his work in television, starring in popular series such as Racket Squad (1950) and Public Defender (1954),his impressive repertoire also included playing the iconic title character in the radio show "Red Ryder" and the swashbuckling hero "Zorro" in the Republic serial Zorro's Fighting Legion (1939).
