Rebecca Hill Casey's journey into acting was a unique and unexpected one. After graduating from Brown University with a degree in mathematical economics, she embarked on a series of exploratory endeavors, trying on different hats to discover her true calling.
As a former gymnast at Brown, she had a background in tumbling, and it was during a casual visit to a gymnastics gym that she stumbled upon a group of individuals intentionally taking falls from great heights. This peculiar sight piqued her interest, and she soon found herself among a community of stunt performers who shared her passion for flying through the air. It was here that she discovered her true calling and eventually landed her first stunt job, with the hope of one day paying it forward.
In an effort to improve her stunt performances, Rebecca took her first acting class. To her surprise, she found herself falling deeply in love with the craft. For the first time, she didn't view it as a fleeting phase, and after her first acting job, she realized that this was what people meant when they said they would continue doing what they loved even if they won the lottery.
