Ravi Valleti, a multifaceted individual, was born on September 8, 1979, in the vibrant city of Hyderabad, India, where he was originally known as Ravikanth Gudlavalleti. This talented actor, activist, writer, and producer has made a significant impact in the entertainment industry, with notable roles in Star Trek (2009),Devised (2016),and Overwhelm the Sky (2018).
In addition to his creative pursuits, Valleti has been a passionate advocate for S.T.E.A.M. equity and justice, as well as a driving force behind the March for Science movement, a collective effort to promote the importance of science in society. His tireless efforts have not gone unnoticed, as he was honored with an induction into the UC Irvine Engineering Hall of Fame in 2019.
