Ranko Pauković embarked on a journey of cinematic discovery by pursuing a degree in film at the esteemed Academy of Dramatic Art, situated in his native city of Zagreb, Croatia. Upon completing his academic tenure, he honed his skills as an assistant editor on a multitude of large-scale international co-productions. In 1991, he made the pivotal decision to relocate to The Netherlands, where he collaborated with prominent Dutch directors as a sound editor. This professional experience laid the groundwork for his subsequent entrepreneurial venture, Editson, a sound studio he established in 1993. Specializing in the trifecta of sound design, sound editing, and film mixing, Editson became a go-to destination for artistically ambitious projects, allowing Pauković to leverage his expertise and creativity to bring unique sonic landscapes to life.
