Rachel Jane Day was born in the vibrant city of Salt Lake City, Utah, where she first discovered her passion for the performing arts at the tender age of four. It was at this young age that she confided in her mother about her dream to become an actress, a goal that would drive her creative endeavors for years to come.
As a child, Rachel's love for creating art manifested in her writing and starring in her own one-woman shows, which she would enthusiastically perform for her family. This early start laid the foundation for her future success in the entertainment industry.
At the age of 11, Rachel's talent was recognized by the prestigious University of Utah's Youth Conservatory, which invited her to participate in their esteemed program after attending a summer acting program. Her final performance impressed the judges, earning her a spot among the select few.
As she entered high school, Rachel joined the Debate team, where she won numerous awards and even secured the Regional Championship title. Her academic and extracurricular achievements set the stage for her future pursuits.
Following high school, Rachel decided to major in Filmmaking at the University of Utah, where she honed her skills and prepared for the next chapter of her journey. After a year, she took a bold leap of faith and relocated to Los Angeles, where she was accepted into The New York Film Academy's Acting for Film conservatory.
Upon graduating from the Film Academy, Rachel's hard work and dedication paid off when she landed the starring role in the independent film "The Forbidden Border". Her impressive portfolio also includes numerous national commercials, hosting the FOX interview show "Life After Film School", and co-starring on the popular Nickelodeon show "Victorious".
