William G. Regan, a talented singer, earned the nickname "The Romantic Singer Of Romantic Songs" during his time performing with Guy Lombardo And His Orchestra on the popular radio show "The Burns And Allen Show". His remarkable voice and captivating stage presence were widely praised, with William Gilmore, a critic from the Brooklyn Eagle, noting in his review of the 1936 film "Laughing Irish Eyes" that Regan possessed "astonishing good looks and an extraordinarily pleasing tenor voice".
