Phil Lander is a prominent figure in the unscripted television industry, occupying the dual roles of producer and casting director in Los Angeles. Prior to establishing himself in the entertainment world, Lander's athletic prowess earned him recognition as a local football star. However, he did not rest on his laurels, instead opting to moonlight as a professional wrestling star, concurrently pursuing a degree in film at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
During his time at UC Santa Barbara, Lander also hosted a talk show, aptly titled The Phenomenal Radio Hour, further demonstrating his versatility and range. Fast-forward to the present, and Lander has honed his expertise in physical competition, game, and live-action series programming. His impressive credits include a diverse range of notable projects, such as The Weakest Link, American Ninja Warrior, Guinness World Records Unleashed, the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA),and Xtreme Pro Wrestling (XPW).
