Pevita Pearce, a talented British-Indonesian movie star, embarked on her acting journey at a remarkably early age. Her breakthrough role came in 2006 with the film "Denias, Senandung di Atas Awan" (Denias, Singing on the Cloud),where she played the character Angel. This marked her debut in a major film, having no prior experience in playing soap operas.
At the close of 2007, Pevita reprised her role in the film "Lost in Love", which premiered in May 2008. In this movie, she took on the lead role of Tita, a character she secured after a rigorous selection process involving over 1,100 applicants, narrowed down to eight finalists. Pevita's outstanding performance in "Lost in Love" earned her a nomination for Best Female Player at the 2008 FFI Awards.
