Biography

Pauline's illustrious career commenced as a model, gracing the covers of renowned publications including Cosmopolitan, McCall's, and Ladies Home Journal. Her life took a significant turn when she wed Jefferson Machamer, a talented cartoonist, in 1934, a union that endured until his untimely demise in 1960.

Following the loss of her first husband, Pauline embarked on a new chapter in her life by marrying minister Dodd Watkins in 1962. Unfortunately, this second marriage was also marked by tragedy when Dodd passed away in 1972.

Throughout her life, Pauline has been blessed with a loving family, consisting of three children: Wendy, Tom, and Laurie.
