Paul, a former professional lacrosse player, has made a remarkable transition to co-founding and presiding over the Premier Lacrosse League, an enterprise league that has garnered widespread recognition as the 2020 Sports Business Journal's Pro Sports League Breakthrough of the Year.
This esteemed league, which boasts the world's top lacrosse players, has secured a significant partnership with NBC and Peacock, a major network. Prior to establishing the PLL, Paul had an illustrious career, winning championships in college, professional, and international competitions with Team USA, earning three MVP titles and setting the record for all-time points scored in lacrosse history.
Beyond his accomplishments in the lacrosse world, Paul is also the owner and operator of the Suiting Up Podcast, an award-winning interview-style show that features a diverse range of guests, including renowned athletes, entrepreneurs, and entertainers such as Bill Belichick, Steph Curry, Venus Williams, Tony Hawk, Mark Cuban, Sue Bird, Adam Grant, and Senator Cory Booker.
Paul's personal journey has been marked by challenges, as he grew up with Auditory Processing Disorder and ADHD. In response, he established the Rabil Foundation in 2011, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering children with learning differences through sport and scholarship programs.
