Paradox is a multifaceted individual with a diverse range of skills, including acting, producing, and movement directing. Throughout his career, he has had the privilege of working with some of the most renowned names in the film industry, such as Robin Williams, Will Smith, Rene Russo, Chris Hemsworth, and Tom Hiddleston, as well as acclaimed directors JJ Abrams and Kenneth Branagh.
Initially, Pollack's theatrical work was centered around the circus, where he enjoyed a successful career spanning over two decades. He was a writer, director, and performer in numerous shows, touring nationally as a dancer, contortionist, and whip-wielding ringmaster. He was also a co-founder of both Dream Circus and Mystic Family Circus, creating shows for Cirque Du Soleil and performing with various other companies.
Pollack's extensive background in the performing arts laid the foundation for his work as a fight choreographer and movement director in feature films. He specializes in a range of dance styles, stage combat, and performance-capture techniques, and has worked with both seasoned film professionals and up-and-coming young stars to develop their on-screen movement and fighting styles.
Pollack's film credits include his first role in What Dreams May Come, where he played a hellion tormenting Robin Williams and Max von Sydow. He also worked on I Am Legend, helping to choreograph the film's zombies and serving as stunt-double for the main zombie. Additionally, he developed the character movement for the alien races in JJ Abrams' Star Trek and the supernatural monsters and Asgardian Gods in Kenneth Branagh's Thor.
Currently, Paradox is involved in several projects, including directing the music video Cat Skillz for Beats Antique, providing movement direction and fight choreography for Batgirl: The Webseries, and serving as producer for the film adaptation of Starhawk's novel, The Fifth Sacred Thing.
