Biography

Charles Page Fletcher, a dashing and rugged individual, emerged into the world in the 1950s, within the borders of Canada. As the son of Ron and Peggy Fletcher, Page Fletcher grew up in the picturesque town of Bass River, Nova Scotia. His entry into the film industry began with a role as Tom Rice in the low-budget horror picture "Humongous". However, it was his portrayal of the enigmatic and elusive titular character on the long-running cable TV anthology program "The Hitchhiker" that cemented his enduring popularity.

Fletcher's acting prowess also led him to take on the role of Alex J. Murphy/RoboCop in the mini-series "RoboCop: Prime Directives". Furthermore, he made guest appearances on a variety of television shows, including "The Beachcombers", "Street Legal", "Night Heat", "Alfred Hitchcock Presents", "The Outer Limits", and "Forever Knight".
