This episode, which remains one of the most beloved and highly-regarded episodes of the series, garnered an impressive array of accolades, including two Emmy Awards, two BAFTA Awards, and numerous other honors. Owen's work on Black Mirror did not stop there, as he also directed the episodes "Be Right Back" and "Striking Vipers", further solidifying his reputation as a talented and versatile director.
In addition to his work on Black Mirror, Owen has also directed episodes of the BAFTA-winning series 'Secret Diary of a Call Girl' and 'Misfits', as well as the TV movie 'Holy Flying Circus', which won the prestigious Broadcast Award for Best Original Programme. He has also served as an executive producer on the Peacock series 'Brave New World', which was developed by Amblin and NBCU.
