Omoye Uzamere is a multifaceted individual who has made a significant impact in the entertainment industry.
As the presenter and associate producer of "Positive Vibes", a music and lifestyle television show that aired on prominent channels such as Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) and Rivers State Television (RSTV) across Southern Nigeria, Omoye's rise to fame began.
She is also a prolific writer, having contributed to the Africa Magic series "Halita" and "Riona". Furthermore, she made waves as the director of the hit radio drama series "LAGOSA Season 3", featuring renowned actors such as Olu Jacobs, Joke Silva, and Femi Jacobs.
Omoye's dynamic talent, magnetic presence, infectious energy, and wit eventually led her to Rhythm 93.7 FM, Lagos, where she served as an On-Air Personality (OAP).
In 2009, she founded "Thespian Muse Production Co. Ltd.", a creative production and resource company that has produced a variety of theatre, television, and movie projects, including "The Mistress of Wholesome", "O How Dearly I Detest Thee", "The Naming Ceremony", "The Engagement", "The Wake", "Two-Aside", "Time Looped", and more, leaving an indelible mark on the Nigerian Entertainment Industry.
In 2021, Omoye made history by directing and producing the first live audio theatre from Nigeria through the Clubhouse App. This innovative endeavour, featuring fully live performances, captured hearts and minds while amplifying the critical message of the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence, an initiative of UN Women.
Omoye currently serves as the Trustee Member of the Forum for Women In Film and Television (FWIFT),Nigeria Chapter of Women In Film and Television International (WIFTI) and Producer of the Lagos Theatre Festival, the largest site-specific festival of its kind in Africa.
She has just concluded work in a global collaboration audio drama series to address Climate Change in 5 continents.
