Biography

Noble Craig, a courageous Vietnam war veteran, defied the odds to pursue a career in the entertainment industry, showcasing his versatility as a creature performer in several horror and fantasy films.

Craig's journey began in 1969 when he was shipped off to Vietnam, where a tragic accident on his 12th day of duty resulted in the loss of both his legs, one arm, and significant sight in his right eye. Undeterred by his physical limitations, Noble embarked on an acting career upon his return to America.

Craig made his film debut as Tim McGraw, the Snake Man, in the 1973 horror film Sssssss. He went on to play a range of memorable and grotesque characters, including the vomit creature in Poltergeist II: The Other Side (1986) and the sewer monster in Big Trouble in Little China (1986).

Beyond his acting career, Noble Craig was a true thrill-seeker, engaging in activities such as scuba diving, water skiing, skydiving, and swimming in the ocean in both Hawaii and Costa Rica. He was also an avid hunter and dancer, showcasing his multifaceted personality.

In addition to his many adventures, Craig was a devoted father of five and worked as a mechanic, specializing in cars, boats, and motorcycles.

Sadly, Noble Craig passed away on April 26, 2018, leaving behind a legacy of courage, resilience, and an unforgettable presence in the world of horror and fantasy film.
