Noah was born to a British father and an American mother in a small village outside Bury St. Edmunds, England. Two weeks later, he was living in New Mexico on a high-altitude quarter-horse training ground with his parents and friends, including Dennis Hopper, around 1970.
At the age of three, Noah's mother tragically passed away. He then began living in New York with his father. At age nine, his father also passed away. Noah was then raised by his grandparents in Miami until he was 15, at which time he left home to start his own life.
Noah attended college to study journalism and became the Features Editor for the campus newspaper, The Falcon Times, which was rated the number one college newspaper in the U.S. during his time there. He also interned and became a staff member of the local TV station WSVN, where he rose to E.N.G. (Electronic News Gather).
Noah left Florida for California two years later, in search of new opportunities. He spent a wild couple of months crossing the country in his ever-breaking-down Volkswagen Transporter, eventually settling in San Francisco and studying acting with Bruno Borello.
Noah soon got the itch to move to Los Angeles, where he started to find success in the form of a GTE commercial. This granted him access to the S.A.G. card, and he went on to appear in various TV shows and films, including "Chaplin" with Robert Downey Jr. and "Cruel Doubt" with Gwyneth Paltrow.
Noah eventually moved to London, where he continued to work in film, television, and stage productions. He has appeared in various roles, including "Over Here" and "Buffalo Soldiers," and has also worked as a voice-over artist and written several film scripts, plays, and television pilots.
Noah continues to work in the entertainment industry, appearing in various productions and shopping around his scripts for production.
