Niall Wright, a talented individual with a rich background in the performing arts, began his journey by training at the prestigious Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, graduating in 2017. Born in Belfast, Ireland, Wright's early life was marked by a strong academic foundation, as he pursued a Business degree at University College Dublin.
Wright's impressive television credits include his recent work on Amazon's six-part series, Lore, as well as his lead role in all three seasons of the BBC NI and BBC Networks' production, 6 Degrees. Additionally, he has appeared as a series regular in three seasons of the popular CBBC show, Dani's Castle.
In the realm of film, Wright has showcased his versatility by taking on a range of roles, including the part of Mickey Bradley in the feature film Good Vibrations, which starred Richard Dormer. His other notable film credits include the IFTA-winning feature film Mickybo and Me, directed by Terry Loane, and the lead role in the critically acclaimed short film James, which won a staggering 22 international awards and was selected for the Sundance Film Festival and the Cannes Film Festival.
Wright's extensive theatre credits are equally impressive, with a notable highlight being his performance in Jez Butterworth's 'The Ferryman', directed by the renowned Sam Mendes, in London's West End.
