Neil Bligh, a writer and director of considerable renown, first took his first breath on June 28, 1965, in the charming town of Media, Pennsylvania, United States of America.
Throughout his illustrious career, Neil has left an indelible mark on the world of entertainment, leaving a trail of critically acclaimed works in his wake. Some of his most notable achievements include the direction of the animated films "Dragon Ball Z: The History of Trunks" (1993),"Dragon Ball Z: Bardock - The Father of Goku" (1990),and "Dragon Ball GT: A Hero's Legacy" (1997).
Outside of his professional pursuits, Neil has been blessed with a loving and supportive partner, Tracy Leigh Moore, whom he has had the pleasure of sharing his life with since 1998.
