Neferteri Shepherd, a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, took the bold step of relocating to Los Angeles to pursue her passion for acting and modeling. This fearless ambition soon led to her being booked as a leading model on the American Music Awards, strutting down the runways of renowned fashion brands Baby Phat and Stuff Magazine, and landing a coveted spot in a National Ad Campaign with athletic apparel company Privacy Wear. Her impressive portfolio also includes a feature in the esteemed Maxim magazine.
Beyond her successful modeling career, Neferteri has made a name for herself in the world of television and film. She co-hosted VH1's Sex & Rock Roll, starred in music videos for platinum-selling artists 50 Cents, Usher, and others, and appeared in a national Arby's commercial. Her notable screen credits also include roles in UPN's The Parkers, FOX's Method and Red, and the movie "Hair Show" alongside Monique. Additionally, she was the featured actress in the 2005 Starz network imaging campaign.
Neferteri has now shifted her focus to producing television shows, with the guidance of esteemed Hollywood producer Rushion McDonald of Nu-Opp Inc. Two shows are currently in development, and a pilot, titled "Mobile Home Disaster," a reality makeover show for trailer park homes, is set to air on the WB.
