Mitra Hajjar, a talented and captivating actress, has earned widespread acclaim for her impressive performances in over 20 feature films within her native Iran. This leading lady of Iranian cinema has consistently taken on leading roles, showcasing her remarkable range and versatility as an artist.
Notably, Hajjar has delivered standout performances in several critically acclaimed films, including "Born Under Libra" (2000),directed by Ahmad Reza Darvish, "Killing Mad Dogs" (2001),directed by Bahram Beyzaie, "Pink" (2003),directed by Fereydoun Jeyrani, and most recently, "It's Winter" (2006),directed by Rafi Pitts, which was featured in competition at the prestigious 56th Berlin International Film Festival.
