Miraj Grbic is a remarkable Bosnian American actor, born in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, who has made a lasting impact in the entertainment industry. His journey in the world of art and acting began at the tender age of 15, when he started playing the guitar and developed a deep interest in the performing arts.
As the war in Bosnia came to an end, Miraj enrolled in the prestigious Academy of Performing Arts Sarajevo, where he honed his craft and simultaneously started landing roles in the National Theatre Sarajevo and films. His breakout role was in the 1998 film "The Tunnel," where he played the lead, marking the beginning of his successful career.
Miraj went on to earn his Master's degree in Acting and continued to work in theatre, film, and television, accumulating an impressive resume of over 30 feature films, numerous TV shows, and more than 60 theater titles on the main stage of the National Theatre Sarajevo. He has had the privilege of performing in productions in the United States, Germany, Austria, Turkey, Ireland, Australia, Croatia, and Bosnia, working alongside talented actors and artists.
In his personal life, Miraj married actress Mara Omaljev in 2008, and the couple relocated to Los Angeles, California in 2013. Miraj is a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and continues to practice mixed martial arts as a hobby. He is also the lead singer of the band Karne, a group comprised of actors, artists, writers, and doctors, which released its debut album "Diktatura Amatera (The Dictatorship of the Amateurs)" in 2012.
