In 2004, Miki's career in the entertainment industry took off when she landed a recurring role on the highly popular Nickelodeon television show, Zoey 101. This breakthrough led to her securing her first feature film role as one of the family members in the romantic comedy "Yours, Mine and Ours", starring the renowned actors Dennis Quaid and Rene Russo. She played the character of Naoko North, the adopted daughter of the Quaid and Russo's characters.
