In 1992, he auditioned for the esteemed "The Western Action Stunt Show" and "Maverick, The Grand Illusion Show" at Warner Bros Movie World, and his hard work paid off as he secured a coveted spot as a cast member. Over the course of his tenure, Roughan performed in an astonishing 10,000 live shows, solidifying his status as a seasoned professional in the world of stunts and entertainment.
