Melissa is a talented English actress who has made a name for herself in the film, theatre, and improv industries. Born in London, England, she spent her formative years growing up across the home counties, where her passion for acting first began to take shape at the tender age of 14.
With a wealth of experience in the theatre world, Melissa eventually returned to university and has since focused primarily on film projects. In 2020, she can be seen in not one, but two feature films: "Schemers", the Audience Choice Award winner at the Edinburgh International Film Festival, and Evening Standard's Top 5 Pick from Raindance; and "Dead Fred", in which she takes on the role of the antagonist opposite the renowned Sandra Dickinson.
Melissa's impressive list of accolades includes winning the prestigious 'Best Actress' award at the Toronto Reelheart International Film Festival in 2016, as well as Southern Shorts in 2018, for her standout performance in the lead role of "Chasing Fame". This critically acclaimed film was shot on location in Toronto, Niagra Falls, London, and Glasgow.
In addition to her acting career, Melissa has also been actively involved in producing since 2015. To date, she has completed four award-winning short films and is currently working on several feature films, further solidifying her position as a force to be reckoned with in the entertainment industry.
