Matt's formal education continued at Ringling Bros. Barnum & Bailey's Clown College, where he studied under the guidance of his uncle, Jon Weiss, a renowned clown and performer who has also appeared on the popular reality TV show, The Amazing Race.
Matt's time at Clown College was marked by a sense of camaraderie, as he was one of only twelve male apprentices to graduate from the program, which is housed at Stephens College for Women.
