As Creative Director, primary cast member, and executive producer of The Legend of Vox Machina animated series, which will exclusively premiere on Amazon Prime Video, Marisha plays a pivotal role within the company. Her creative philosophy and vision shape the content found on Critical Role's channels, often appearing in front of the camera as host or entertainer.
Prior to Critical Role, Marisha served as Creative Director of Geek & Sundry at Legendary Digital Networks, and has been producing and creating web content for over a decade.
Beyond Critical Role, Marisha is recognized for her roles in various projects, including Persona 4 as Margaret, Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel as Laura Arseid, Metal Gear: Survive as Miranda, Final Fantasy XV: Comrades as Jeanne Labreigh, Fire Emblem Heroes as Shanna, Oboro, and Effie, among many others. She has received two Outstanding Achievement Awards from LA Web Fest.
Marisha's creative journey began in theater on the East Coast, where she trained at esteemed institutions such as the Actors Theatre of Louisville, American Academy of the Dramatic Arts, Point Park University Conservatory of Performing Arts, and the Governor's School for the Arts.
A lifelong gamer, Marisha's love for gaming and geek culture permeates her work, writing, and hosting career. Even at the tender age of three, she could outplay anyone in a round of Mario Bros., including her father. This passion has remained a constant source of inspiration throughout her life.
